BAYC NFTs for Rent – Is It Real?
On Wednesday, June 29, Mouse Belt Labs announced the launch of a new marketplace called Boredjobs. The project allows commercial enterprises to rent a token from the BAYC collection.

The company expects to attract all NFT holders to the initiative. As a reminder, there are 10,000 NFTs in the BAYC collection. And, of course, this is only possible with the approval of the participants.
The project allows NFT holders to earn a form of passive income. The token is positioned as virtual property, and it can be transferred for a while without loss of rights.
The tenant company, in turn, gets a recognizable “face” for marketing purposes. Mouse Belt Labs co-founder Patrick McClain says the portal received about 200 applications from interested entrepreneurs on the first day.
Mouse Belt Lab acts as an intermediary and guarantor of the transaction. This gives additional weight to the agreement and mitigates some of the risks.
Even if the owner of the token does not plan to rent it out, it is worth registering on the official portal. In this way, you can confirm your rights, obtain a license and view offers from companies.
